Starting in Abingdon, we will walk along the Thames for 10 miles to raise funds. Help us raise money through sponsorship, or make a donation instead.
SMART have been commissioned to provide rough sleepers support across Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes. We are working in partnership with Open Door (Milton Keynes), Signposts (Luton) and Kings Arms Project (Beds). The project is an exciting partnership across the 4 agencies and 2 mental health trusts.
