SMART currently runs a successful volunteer mentoring programme, that focuses on the work of mentors with SMART service users.

We are also developing a company-wide volunteer initiative, that will include work placements. To achieve this, SMART Human Resources is setting up links with colleges and partner organisations. We hope this scheme will enrich the experiences for individual volunteers, and bring added value and benefits to SMART.
