The free helpline is also available for professionals who are seeking information on service availablity.
Clients are assessed over the telephone and given an appointment to see a SMART worker the following day, to start the process of referring to agencies.
The service is part of the Drug Intervention Programme strategy, and funded by the Buckinghamshire Drug and Alcohol Action Team.
* All calls from landline telephones are free, but charges will be made to mobile numbers.
