Provides a range of services for people with drug and alcohol issues in the Bracknell Forrest community. We recognise that substance misuse does not occur in isolation and our workers are skilled in helping people to address other issues that may affect them.  Services included:

• Drop-in service
• Structured Day Programme
• Group support (including Cannabis, Stimulant and Women's groups)
• One-to-one support sessions
• Harm Reduction advice
• Complimentary Therapies

Who is the service for?

This service is for anyone in Bracknell Forest who is experiencing problems with their drug or alcohol use.  Most services (Excluding the Open Access Drop-in and Family and Carer services) require referral from a drug or alcohol worker. 

How to get in contact or refer

You can be referred in any of the following ways:

When you contact SMART, we will make an appointment for you to meet a professional drug or alcohol worker who will work with you to undertake an assessment of your needs and provide you with information and next steps.  

On receipt of a referral from another agency, the service user will be contacted with a view to arranging an appointment. We do ask that you complete the referral with as much information as possible.
