How to tell us about your concerns, complaints or compliments

At SMART we:

  • Continually strive to improve our services;
  • Want to hear about your concerns, compliments and complaints; and
  • Seek to resolve complaints as soon as possible.

Who can make a comment, compliment or complaint?

The SMART concerns, complaints and compliments procedure is open to:

  • Service users
  • Former service users
  • Friends, family and carers of service users.

You can feedback on the following issues:

  • The standard of service provided by SMART.
  • The behaviour of SMART employees.
