At SMART we:
- Continually strive to improve our services;
- Want to hear about your concerns, compliments and complaints; and
- Seek to resolve complaints as soon as possible.
Who can make a comment, compliment or complaint?
The SMART concerns, complaints and compliments procedure is open to:
- Service users
- Former service users
- Friends, family and carers of service users.
You can feedback on the following issues:
- The standard of service provided by SMART.
- The behaviour of SMART employees.
