Base 16 is a drugs support service that specifically provides treatment for stimulant users.  We offer a confidential environment in which to get advice, information and one-to-one support.

All our clients approach our service voluntarily to seek help on stimulant  management and criminal justice matters.

Our treatment programme includes: 

• appointments at a time that suits you
• understanding how stimulants affect you and why
• how to control your pattern of using
• learning how to stay safe and reduce risks to yourself
• finding out how to deal with cravings
• complementary therapies on request
• support and advice, including criminal justice matters
• how to take control of your life

Base 16 covers the North Oxfordshire area, where stimulant use is prevalent. We work normal office hours, and run an open access drop-in centre on Friday afternoons.

SMART's stimulant support service is making a big impression – from the achievements of our clients who go on to maintain levels of abstinence and pursue aftercare services, to feedback from the Banbury police of the positive impact that Base 16 is having on crime levels in the area.
